These terms govern access to https://desktop-birchcore.click and engagements with Birchcore Market Review Co., Ltd. for market review work related to neighborhood chain stores. By using the site or commissioning work, you accept these terms.

Acceptance

If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and do not submit review requests. Additional written statements of work may apply to specific field visits and will prevail for those engagements where they conflict with this page.

Services described

Pages describing reviews, rates, and field visits are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties confirm scope, timing, and fees in writing.

Intellectual property

Site content, visit checklists, and deliverables remain the property of Birchcore Market Review Co., Ltd. until fees are paid in full, after which the client receives a license to use the written review internally. Public republication of photographs or reports requires our prior written consent.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate outlet addresses, disclose store photography policies, and obtain any internal approvals needed for visits. We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete briefing information.

Liability

Field reviews reflect conditions observed at the time of visit. We do not guarantee commercial outcomes such as sales lifts. To the fullest extent permitted by Vietnamese law, our liability for any claim related to a review is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are subject to the competent courts in Hanoi unless the parties agree in writing to another forum.
